The past pandemic years have thoroughly transformed the sport. The methods of remotely managed preparation, which were once mentioned skeptically, have become more and more sophisticated, and today many effective online training models are in use worldwide. These are no longer tied to forced confinement, rather they try to bring together the athlete and his chosen coach who are located at great geographical distances.
Our coaches have a suitable professional background, many years of domestic and international experience and are ready to help. It’s not about just a simple weekly training plan, we provide much more complex – strictly individualized – coaching support.
DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS, TWO FORMS OF ONLINE TRAINING ARE AVAILABLE
ONLINE TRAINING
“BASIC PROGRAM”
- Assessment of initial (current) conditional ability level (written assessment)
- Mapping the background of it (analysis of training plans of the previous 1-3 months)
- Assessment of current technical level (video analysis)
- Initial online consultation (Skype, Messenger, phone) to map and understand the athlete's needs
- Individual training planning (with maximum consideration of individual characteristics and needs)
- Preparation cycles of a given duration (e.g. 6 and/or 9 weeks) depending on performance goals, competition calendar, etc., broken down by week (exercises, numbers of sets and reps, intensities)
- Weekly online consultation* (discussing the experiences of the last training week before determining the next week)
