The more than 100-year-old OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING, in addition to its own track, has now become one of the most important strength-building tools for most sports. Its exercises and training methods are used widely in many individual and team sports for their own S&C worldwide.
WHITE LIFTING is an Olympic weightlifting and Strength & Conditioning specialized support team based in Hungary. It was established to provide professional support to OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING, POWERLIFTING and STRENGTH & CONDITIONING of VOLLEYBALL, BASKETBALL and RUGBY.
We offer individualized online training for athletes and team players of the aforementioned sports. We also provide online and face to face coaching courses and seminars according to our clients’ needs and in different levels anytime and anywhere. Our comprehensive sports books are available in three languages.
THE WHITE LIFTING TEAM
tamás fehér
Professional weightlifting coach, former national head coach of several countries (Great Britain, Norway, etc.). Former professional mentor of the Scientific Committee of the European Weightlifting Federation. He also served as president of the Hungarian Weightlifting Federation. During his 35-year coaching career, he prepared his competitors for more than 100 European and World Championships and 3 Olympics. These years are marked by numerous world and European medals, Olympic places, and hundreds of national records. He has published 10 comprehensive coaching handbooks in English, Spanish and Hungarian. He has taught coaches in 35 countries worldwide. He’s South American champion, two-time Masters world champion, world record holder. He speaks English, Spanish and Hungarian.
Tímea fehér
Weightlifting and powerlifting athlete who took 8th place in the European Powerlifting Championship. She’s multiple national champion in weightlifting and powerlifting. She graduated from the University of Nyíregyháza with a degree in Sport and Recreation, and also obtained a coaching qualification. She attended half a dozen high-quality weightlifting and powerlifting coaching courses. She founded his own sports club (Anima Core) and has been successfully training weightlifters and powerlifters for years. She speaks English and Hungarian.

- Assessment of initial (current) conditional ability level (written assessment)
- Mapping the background of it (analysis of training plans of the previous 1-3 months)
- Assessment of current technical level (video analysis)
- Initial online consultation (Skype, Messenger, phone) to map and understand the athlete's needs
- Individual training planning (with maximum consideration of individual characteristics and needs)
- Preparation cycles of a given duration (e.g. 6 and/or 9 weeks) depending on performance goals, competition calendar, etc., broken down by week (exercises, numbers of sets and reps, intensities)
- Weekly online consultation* (discussing the experiences of the last training week before determining the next week)
